  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our trusted dropshipping suppliers for fulfilment.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your payment has been approved.

 

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide using reliable fulfilment partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Asia: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. Shipping delays can occur due to customs, international transit, weather conditions, high-volume seasons, or logistical issues outside our control.

 

3. Shipping Fees

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Your shipping destination

  • Courier service availability

  • Order weight or size

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

  • Courier name (if provided)

Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

 

5. International Shipping & Customs

Because we ship globally:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless stated otherwise.

  • We cannot control customs processing times.

If a package is refused due to customs charges, refunds may not be issued.

 

6. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address is complete and accurate

  • Your phone number is correct (some couriers require this)

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

7.1 Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 days past the maximum estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the supplier.

 

7.2 Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and the product

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or solution depending on the situation.

 

7.3 Delivery Delays

LumoLable is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs holds

  • Global events or transport disruptions

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Courier delays or backlogs

We will, however, assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.

 

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly:

  • Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order is fulfilled.

  • Once the order has been handed to the supplier, it cannot be modified.

If we offer pre-order items:
